CASology #255: FLY

Hello, friends!  I'm here today with my card for the new cue card at CASology...get ready to FLY!


I was lucky enough to be able to play with the "Dragonflies" stamps from our sponsor, Rubber Dance Stamps, for this week's challenge.  Check out this set!


I die cut a stitched square from a watercolor card base, then embossed the small dragonfly in white.  I added a line of subtle sparkle by tracing the stitched line using a Sakura Gelly Roll glitter pen.

Supplies:
Stamps: Rubber Dance Stamps (Dragonflies); Hero Arts (Congrats), Simon Says Stamp (Birthday Messages)
Inks: Versamark Ink, MFT (Black Licorice), LePlume blue marker
Dies: Simon Says Stamp (Stitched Squares)
Other: White embossing powder, Concord & 9th (watercolor card stock); Sakura (Gelly Roll glitter pen)

    Wow Judy! You are making so many beautiful cards! This is no exception! Love that dragonfly against its watery background. I am really going to miss playing cards with you each week. I am really sad to be saying goodbye, but sometimes you just gotta do what you gotta do. You have been so amazingly supportive and kind to me every week. I have genuinely appreciated it.
