I dug out some pink and red buttons the other day when I was making cards for the St. Jude's card drive, and I couldn't resist making another card with them. This quick thank you note uses the buttons in place of the flowers. (I borrowed the floss for the buttons from my daughters who have a current obsession making friendshp bracelets! Pretty convenient, huh?)
Stamps Used: Inkadinkado: Thanks a Bunch (96319-K);

OK, that's it for today...another button card is in the works but will have to be another day.
Have a good one!

Ooh, Judy, this card is so beautiful! I love that leaves/flower stamp you stamped down the side and then overlaid it with the canvas stripes, beautiful! Cute use of buttons! I have always liked that idea but never tried it!
ReplyDeleteLove this, Judy! The two stamps look so pretty together in the background and that button bouquet is delightful!
ReplyDeleteReally lovely, Judy; I love the combination of the oval scallop against the striped background, and those button flowers are so pleasing!

I love the simplicity of this card and how the buttons really are front and center stage. I love how you added the stripes and the flowers on the side and the punch of brighter pink with your buttons and oval center really brings it all together. THis is just wonderful.
