CASology #195: SPRINKLE

Hello, friends!  Happy Tuesday!  You know what that means...a new cue card at CASology!

I immediately thought of the sugary sprinkles found on cupcakes and donuts...which led to this card!

I  embossed the Hero Arts donut image with black embossing powder, fussy cut, and colored in with Copic markers.  I made the sentiment by combining two stamp sets -- the "YOU" is from Simon Says Stamp ("You" 3x4 stamp set) while the "Are So Sweet" is from the Avery Elle "Simply Said - You" stamp set.  The embossed frame is a Cuttlebug "Tiffany" folder.  The donut is popped up on foam for dimension.

I added some Wink of Stella to the icing for some extra sparkle in the sprinkles!

Be sure to link up your SPRINKLE card by noon on Monday (Central time). Be sure to check out the fun cards shared by the Design Team and Guest Designer this week!

  7. Hi Judy! Thanks for the sweet comments on my blog! We had such fun in DC, and I love that all the museums are free! Makes it easier to go on vacation that way!! We did get to Air and Space, and my kids thought it was fun. We have a museum of flight here in Seattle, and it was similar to that. Love your sprinkles, donuts aren't the same without them!
