This week, I wanted to use the colors of the rainbow while playing with my Papertrey Ink "Happy Hexagons." I stamped them directly onto the card in rainbow colors (although my pool blue looks green for some reason?) and then stamped the black outline stamp on top to give some definition. It almost looks like they were paper-pieced, but this is a one layer card (aside from the black strip of card stock on the edge). The sentiment is from PTI's "Signature Greetings," and the three tiny pearls are just for a little extra added interest.
I am also going to enter my card in the challenge at Less Is More this week where the Challenge #182 is "Anything Goes." (Happy Birthday, Chrissie!)

Wow! I honestly thought you paper pieced this! Lovely ornate patterning in that stamp. I can see you having lots of fun with it. It looks like a gorgeous rainbow quilt. I love it!

I totally thought the hexagons were paper pieced! What a great stamp! I love the patterned rainbow colours and the strip of back frames them with the sentiment so well.
