CASology #150: GRADUATION

Hello, friends!  I'm back today with a new CASology cue card!

'Tis the season for graduations...from preschool to graduate school, students across the U.S.A. are graduating.  I guess our cue card this week has perfect timing!

I made a classic black and white card with  a layer of sparkle.  You could make this same design using school colors, too, but I played it safe and neutral so it could work for anyone.

Supplies Used:
Papertrey Ink Tag Its #4
DCWV glitter card stock
Lifestyle Crafts embossing folder (one of a "Happy Birthday" 2-pack)
Spellbinders circle dies, corner rounder, foam tape

Be sure to link up your GRADUATION card by noon on Monday (Central time). Check out the variety of graduation cards made by our Design Team and Guest Designer this week, too!

Guest Designer: Sarah
Our Wonderful Sponsor: STAMPlorations

Judy

  1. Perfect graduation card. I love that tiny little grad cap. I forgot all about that one! This card would work for either gender, so it is a perfect card to have ready in your stash. My daughters' school colors are brown and yellow (can it get any grosser than that), so I am always jealous of anyone who's school colors can actually go on a card!

  6. Hey Judy!! I love how you embossed the front of your card and its not overpowering your focal point. I have to give this technique a try. I also love the glitter paper.

You could also attempt a good development staking strategy which could be considereded as an inverse martingale where you increase you stake during a winning streak to run the risk of a certain % of the streaks revenue.
