CASology #45: ROYAL

Hello, friends!  Tuesday has arrived, and you know what that means... another CASology cue word!

I decided to walk on the wild side and think "outside the box," instead of going to all the stamps I have that imply royalty (e.g., princesses, crowns).  This time I went with the color royal blue.  I was inspired by this royal blue bandanna pattern:

And here is my one layer card, using stamps from Papertrey Ink:

Materials Used:
Stamps: Papertrey Ink "Mehndi Medallion Mini Stamp Set," "Signature Greetings"
Inks: Versamark Ink, navy dye ink, mid-tone Pool ink, white pigment ink
Other: white embossing powder, navy marker, Liquid Pearls, corner rounder

I hope you join us this week for some ROYAL fun!  Link up your clean and simple card by 4:00 p.m. (CDT) Sunday, and be sure to check out the cards by our wonderful guest designer and design team, too!

  12. Hi Judy,

I loved your card and like you, I often think of ROYAL as blue or a deep rich purple, which is what I used, (of course) for me card! I always enjoy seeing your wonderful creations and think of you as a very talented and artistic designer!

We both seem to LOVE many of the same challenges and products...especially Hero Arts, which is by far a favorite for me! CAS cards are also fast becoming my favorite and I'm really enjoying trying to learn how to create them, making this challenge a blast for me.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my blog and for your very kind comment!

    Hugs,
    Lisa
