Hello, friends! Just stopping by to wish you all a Happy Valentine's Day!
My sweetheart (husband) gave me my first Valentine when we were seniors in high school. I still have it and cherish it...26 years later! Even then I somehow knew he was the one, but I never could have imagined just how much I would grow to love him with each passing day. He is my forever Valentine.
So...on to the cards! I have two cards to share -- both were sent to Winter for the Cards from the Heart card drive. They both feature free digi images from Jane's Doodles and a sentiment from Hero Arts; the subtle gingham background is a "cover-a-card" stamp from Impression Obsession. I love the effect of a few white Inkssentials gel pen dots on the images!
I am entering these into the current Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge because I've used two of my favorite types of stamps -- rubber stamps and digi images! I also enjoy coloring images -- I used my Copics to color these.
Edited to add:
Here is another card I made for the Cards from the Heart drive...this one is dedicated to all my sweet blogland friends!
As always, thanks for stopping by...and Happy Valentine's Day!
Judy
