CASology #110: LETTER

Hello, friends!  After a wonderful week of JAVA, it is now time for a new cue card at CASology!

This week we are sponsored by Add a Little Dazzle; be sure to visit the CASology blog for all the details.  They have a very cool assortment of metallic papers that are perfect for die cutting and embossing...check them out!

When I saw the cue card, I thought of monograms.  I quickly decided to make a set of clean and simple monogram cards for my younger daughter because (like her mom) she LOVES things with her name or initials on them!  Here is the set, all using a Studio G stamp of her initial:

The first two cards are probably the "cleanest" and "simplest" because they are one layer cards with no embellishments; they both feature dry embossed frames and heat embossed stamping (one in gold, one in white).

I also made two clean cards with minimal layers; I dry embossed both card bases and die cut the monograms.  I also used a Sakura glitter gel pen to add some sparkle around the die cut edges.

(Contact me if you want to know any of the specific supplies used for these cards!)

So?  What do you think of when you hear the cue LETTER?  I can't wait to see!  Be sure to link up your card by noon on Monday (Central time). You are sure to be inspired by the many ways our Design Team and our super amazing Guest Designer interpreted the cue this week...be sure to check out their blogs, too!
