CASology #208: JOURNEY

Hello, friends!  Welcome back for another cue card at CASology!  This week it is not about the destination, we are focusing on the JOURNEY.

This week I decided to let my combined sentiment be the main focal point of my card, with the dashed line and punched butterflies added for interest.  The floral frame and subtle stamping on the card base also add interest but don't take away from the focal point.

          Supplies:
Stamps: Precious Remembrance Shop (New Day, Journey, Mom and Dad); MFT (Burlap background)
Dies: Lil' Inkers (Stitched Rectangles), Martha Stewart (3 in 1 Butterfly punch)
Inks: Hero Arts (Black, Soft Wheat), Tim Holtz distress ink (Peacock Feathers)
          Papers: Basic Grey (Picadilly)
          Other: Ranger Stickles (Waterfall)

I can't wait to see your JOURNEY cards!  Be sure to link up your card by noon on Monday (Central time). Check out the Design Team and Guest Designer blogs for more inspiration, too!

  4. Lovely card, Judy! The dashed line ads a lot of interest without taking the focus away from the sentiments. Great idea!
