This week we are sponsored by Stamps and Scrapbooks ...be sure to check out the CASology blog for all the details!
When I think of gardens and flowers, I always think of butterflies. Ever since I was a little girl, I loved gardening (and I still do!). I vividly remember seeing lots of little white butterflies around me while I dug and planted. I can remember even talking to them, thanking them for keeping me company! (I know that may seem strange, but at the time it seemed only natural!) So, for my card this week, I went with a Simon Say Stamp butterfly die along with some new stamps from the Precious Remembrance Shop and some background embossing for texture.
What makes this card CAS? I used one main image, left lots of white space, and used minimal embellishments. No layers, no "business."
I can't wait to visit your GARDEN cards this week! Be sure to link up your card by noon on Monday (Central time). You will also be inspired by the many ways our Design Team interpreted the cue this week...be sure to check out their blogs, too!
