PDCC #190 - You Make the World a Better Place

Hello, friends!  I have had the most wonderful evening making cards, and the one I was determined to make was this card using the colors from the current Play Date Cafe Challenge.

Burnt Umber ... Honey ... Butter


I had so much fun playing with some new (to me) stamps and supplies!

Materials Used:
Stamps: My Favorite Things "Vertical Greetings," Hero Arts "Delicate Flowers,"
WPlus9 "Mother's Day Bouquet"
Inks: black dye ink, poppy chalk ink, soft wheat shadow ink
Other: MFT vertical greetings coordinating die, Martha Stewart "Daisy" border punch,
Sew Easy fancy floss, brad, corner rounder


The design team at The Play Date Cafe have shared some very pretty cards this week...that's what made me realize I wanted to play along!  Thanks for the inspiration, ladies!

    What a great design! And your so right, these colors are inspirational! You've got so many nice elements in this card--a touch of baker's twine, the little brad, a fantastic sentiment with wonderful fonts, and the flowers...scattered on the background and a lovely rose on the sentiment panel. Really wonderful card. Bev
