Hello, friends! Just stopping by to share a few cards I made just for the fun of it.
I found this really cute stamp at Joann's in the $1 bin (Studio112). I wanted to see how it would look if I embossed and colored it three different ways. I embossed the image on watercolor paper using white, gold, and black embossing powders, then colored in each of the images the same way using Copics and a Marvy marker. Here they are together:
Here are the cards I made with each of them using various Hero Arts background stamps and a sentiment from the Just Find Me set. I added some bling to the flower centers for a little interest.
Here they are individually...
It's nice to just play for the fun of it sometimes, isn't it?
Thanks for stopping by!
Judy

What a beautiful card set Judy! I need to just play more often- thanks for the inspiration:)
ReplyDeleteFun post. I really like the first one with the white outline.
ReplyDeleteHow interesting to see the same stamp used in different ways and to see the effect that produces. It's difficult to chose a favourite card but, if I had to, I would choose the second one with the pearl centres and that attractive background paper, although all three are lovely.
