Hello, friends! No cards to share today...just wanted to stop in to wish everyone a HAPPY SPRING!
I am so happy to see the signs of spring popping up arpund my yard...seems like just yesterday it was covered in snow! Now the sun is shining brightly and the temperatures are slowly creeping up...ahhh! I especially love being able to open the windows and smell the fresh air inside the house after a long winter.
Here are the first of my spring daffodils to bloom. Each year my children give me flowers on Easter and I love to see them return each year... a perfect reminder of the wondrous circle of life.
Unfortunatly, spring also means the return of the busiest season of the year for me...which, in turn, means less time for card making. Between my four kids and their very full baseball and softball schedules (yes, all four play!) paired with the busiest season of the year for me at work, I don't get much free time to play with my stamps. I also don't get much time to browse and comment at my favorite blogs...I feel very badly about that!
So, even if I seem to be MIA for a while, remember I am thinking of you all and admiring your lovely creations when I get the chance to log on.
Happy Spring, everyone!
Judy
Well, I for one, will miss your creations. . . hope you find a little time here and there. Thanks for sharing the daffs, Judy. They are so lovely! That fresh air smell is one of my favorite things about spring too! Hugs to you! :)
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your boys while you can, Judy - they will be grown and gone in the blink of an eye. I agree with Barb, I will miss seeing your cards, so if you have a minute or two in between things, we will enjoy seeing them!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely picture, Judy, one I can't wait to see when we get home in a few weeks.....Spring is surely a time of hope and we dearly need it this year with all that's going on in the world.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your family while you have them; they'll be grown in a flash!
Thanks for sharing this lovely photo Judy! We were enjoying springlike weather here (and even got to open the windows for a day or two!) and now it's been snowing like mad all day :( Will miss seeing your creations but we'll be here when you can join in! Enjoy the time with your family :)
